What it is

A voucher that contributes to the management and control of one gorse (retamo espinoso) plant for a year.

What it protects / supports

Support the work of controlling and managing gorse (retamo espinoso), an invasive species that harms the páramo and the high-Andean forest.

🌎

What happens after you purchase it

The contribution goes to gorse management and control work within the territory for one year.

📍 About the location of your plot: Your contribution protects a specific conservation plot. You can visit and take in the land by walking only on the nearby authorized trails, without entering the restoration zone directly, so that the ecosystem stays undisturbed.

Terms and scope

This voucher is a way of contributing to the territory’s productive conservation model. It is not a purchase of property, an environmental certification or a certified offset. See the notice on Conservation Vouchers for more information. This voucher should not be understood as an adoption: it covers the management and control of an invasive species, not its conservation.

Voucher registration and traceability

—Unique registration ID
—Assigned polygon / area (m²)
—GPS geolocation
Each voucher is designed to have a unique registration ID, a polygon or assigned area within the reserve (in m²) and its geolocation on a map. These fields will be activated once real geospatial information for the land assigned to each voucher exists — no simulated coordinates, polygons or IDs are shown.
