What it is

A voucher for the symbolic adoption of a frailejón in the territory.

What it protects / supports

Support the conservation of the frailejones (Espeletia) found in the territory’s páramo.

How it works

You buy the voucher at a fixed value, as a gesture of symbolic adoption. It does not involve planting: to contribute to planting there is the Planting Voucher, which is separate from this one.

The territory protects 7 species of frailejón, 3 of them Critically Endangered (CR) according to their risk classification. It also protects 2 species of puya and the broad stretches of native bunchgrass that grow alongside them in the páramo.

📍 About the location of your plot: Your contribution protects a specific conservation plot. You can visit and take in the land by walking only on the nearby authorized trails, without entering the restoration zone directly, so that the ecosystem stays undisturbed.
